Acclaimed artist -- expert at the intersection of creativity, culture, and transformation -- and founder of TILT, Aithan Shapira will lead a conversation on how growing our ability to relate to ourselves and others can create a culture of innovation in organizations and communities -- and how knowing can get in the way.

Aithan Shapira, M.F.A., Ph.D., is an established artist, lecturer at MIT Sloan, and founder of TILT, a firm focused on the artful transformation of leaders and cultures as they move the most critical initiatives forward. As facilitator and coach, Shapira draws on more than 20 years of transforming creative process into cultural practice with change agents and global entities. He has pioneered progressive ways for training leadership for the future of work with governments and organizations such as NASA, Google, and Roche. Shapira serves on the McKinsey Global Institute think tank for Learning Innovation and designs avant-garde curricula at MIT Sloan, Harvard ilab, Stanford d.school, and the Berklee Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship.
