Fall Break Backpacking Trip

Have you always wanted to sing “Take Me Home Country Roads” while actually in West Virginia? Come join the Outdoor Adventures program for a 3 night backpacking trip through the Appalachian Mountains. A fourth night will be spent exploring the beauty of Hocking Hills state park. This adventure of a lifetime will be departing on Friday, October 21 and returning Tuesday, October 25. Don’t worry though, you wont miss class, it's during fall break!

2 Info Sessions for additional details:

Tuesday, September 27 from 6p-6:30p; Fieldhouse 11
Monday, October, 3 from 5p-5:30p; Fieldhouse 11

Cost: $100
Includes: transportation, group gear (e.g. tents, stoves, etc.), personal gear upon request (e.g. backpack, sleeping bag, etc.), breakfast & dinners on the trail, great memories with great people
Does Not Include: meals on the road, lunches

OA will provide a coupon code for $10 off registration if you can provide proof of completing the Leave No Trace online awareness course. It's free and typically takes less than 45 mins.

Mandatory Pre-Trip Meeting: Wednesday, October 19; 8am or 5pm
(must attend one of these meetings, no exceptions)
