Engaging in Anti-Racism Work through White Consciousness Raising (For White Men Only)
Thursday, April 14, 2022
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Systems of oppression and white privilege are often invisible to those that benefit from them. For this reason, it is especially important for those that identify as white to intentionally engage in anti-white supremacy work – to better identify their own behaviors, the systems at play, and learn how to take an active role in interrupting white supremacy.
This 5-part series is designed for white male (self-identified) participants who want to engage in deep learning with the goal of applying what is learned. The expectation is that participants will be able to attend all five sessions.
