Need a study break to rest and recharge? Want to learn how crafting can benefit your mental health? The University Counseling Center and Laker Food Co. are inviting you to drop in for a cozy crafting event on December 3rd from 4pm – 6pm in the Kirkhof Center Lounge. Make friendship bracelets, work on a puzzle, color, and write affirmations on tea bag tags to support your mental health. Crafting supplies, hot chocolate, hot tea, and cookies will be provided.
