Dr. Jeff Doolittle is a local executive coach, organizational consultant, and author of Life-Changing Leadership Habits, a practical guide rooted in over 25 years of research and real-world leadership experience. As the founder of Organizational Talent Consulting and a former dean of a business school, he has helped thousands of emerging and executive leaders break bad habits, elevate their performance, and lead with greater purpose. His doctoral work in strategic leadership integrates behavioral science, neuroscience, character development, and actionable tools to transform leadership from the inside out.
