Designing an EPIC Career: 3 Strategies for Building a Career With "Heck Yes" Vibes

If you’ve ever stared at your never-ending to-do list, your overflowing inbox, or your team that somehow thinks “reply all” is a power move; and thought, “There has got to be more to my career than this.” You are not alone.

In this real-talk session, career coach Shaina Lane pulls back the curtain on her own career twists and turns to share how she’s climbed the corporate ladder, fallen off, gotten back up and lived to tell the story. She will share with you the lessons she’s learned about what it really takes to build a career that makes you want to shout, “Heck Yes”!

The first half of the session is story time (think Netflix binge but with career lessons). Then we’ll flip it to you with an open Q&A where you can ask anything about navigating career change, growth, or making your own EPIC career moves.

About the speaker:
Shaina Lane is an accomplished executive and career coach with extensive experience in HR and healthcare, where she specializes in developing leaders. She also supports clients across industries in navigating career growth, transitions, and leadership development. Holding multiple certifications—including SHRM-CP, PCC, CEC, CPCC, and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach—Shaina combines proven expertise with a results-driven approach to help professionals achieve lasting success.
