Share Knowledge Bike Tour Coming to Grand Valley State University Share Knowledge Bike Tour Coming

ALLENDALE, Mich., July 16 -- Grand Valley State University issued the following press release:
Max Peer, an avid cyclist, is on a four-year, 35,000 mile bike and canoe journey to promote open access to quality educational materials. He will make a stop at Grand Valley State University's Pew Grand Rapids Campus July 22, where he will be greeted by students, faculty and staff from the Seidman College of Business, among others.
Peer's journey, called the Share the Knowledge Bike Tour, is sponsored by SAP University Alliances and Interaction Design Foundation, an organization that provides free textbooks and online education materials created by leading academics and practitioners of software design.
