An Exploration Experience for Middle School Students

Energizing Our World (EOW) is an exploration into the world of renewable energy. EOW Summer Camp is a one week summer camp exploration for middle school students designed to spark interest in renewable energy sources and careers. Students will perform hands-on experiences with a variety of renewable energy sources and will have the opportunity to engage in activities involving solar, wind, and hydro power created and facilitated by GVSU faculty, staff and students. An introduction to careers in renewable energy will also be a part of the camp. EOW Saturday provides an opportunity for students to interact with a variety of renewable energy sources while participating in hands-on activities created and facilitated by GVSU faculty, staff and students in a one day format.
