Allison has an extensive background in nonprofit programming; specifically, K-12 educational initiatives, community development, and arts programming. She received a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management & Leadership at GVSU. Allison previously worked as the Community Arts Coordinator at Artists Creating Together, a local nonprofit that provides accessible arts programming for individuals with disabilities. Prior to that role, she worked at organizations such as ArtPrize, Grandville Avenue Arts & Humanities, and Habitat for Humanity.
