Approach to Therapy: I believe therapy is a space where people can reconnect with their sense of self and reclaim their inner voice. Rooted in a humanistic approach, my work centers on creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I am committed to walking alongside each client with curiosity and compassion, supporting their journey toward personal growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
