Approach to Therapy: I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and recognize their own strengths. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where students from all backgrounds feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you're working through a difficult transition, managing stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
