Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is strengths-based and person-centered. I believe a genuine, grounded relationship with my clients is the foundation for real change, and I draw from a variety of approaches to support that work. Clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them and face difficult emotions and experiences together.
