Approach to Therapy: I draw on client-centered, anti-oppressive, holistic, and trauma-informed frameworks. My work tends to draw from Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I hope to create an environment that promotes the client’s independence and affirms all identities. Everyone is welcome!
