Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is collaborative and curious. I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I believe in meeting people where they are and working together to explore challenges, build on strengths, and move toward healing. My goal is to create an affirming and compassionate environment where clients can show up as their full selves and feel empowered in their growth.

• Long walks in nature (with a good playlist or podcast)
• Yoga, Pilates, and intentional movement
