Approach to Therapy: My therapeutic approach is relational, psychodynamically informed, and culturally responsive, grounded in the belief that healing and growth emerge through a safe, warm, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I integrate psychodynamic principles with tools embedded in cognitive-behavioral approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, helping students understand how past experiences, attachment patterns, and unconscious processes shape their current challenges while developing practical skills for navigating them. I strive to help foster greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic engagement in relationships so students can move toward lives that are more connected, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
