Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is strengths-based and client-centered, with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe that you are the expert on your own life experiences, and I hope to create safe, supportive, and affirming space that promotes resiliency and healing. I will walk along side you as you explore thoughts, process emotions, and make changes in order to reach your personal goals.
