Approach to Therapy: I integrate both psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches to therapy, balancing exploration of the past and present as I believe that past experiences often leave a lasting impact on our day-to-day. Most importantly, I emphasize a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for all therapeutic work.
