Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is primarily person-centered and strengths-based. Throughout the therapeutic process, my goal is to create an environment that encourages reflection, growth, and self-compassion. 

Areas of Clinical Interest:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Life transitions
• Interpersonal relationships

Self-Care:

• Hiking, swimming, kayaking
• A cup of tea and a good book 
• Looking for treasures at thrift or antique stores (even though I definitely shouldn't)

• I am originally from Traverse City, MI
• I studied abroad in Ireland!
