Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is highly social justice oriented, person-centered, and strengths focused. I believe that our identities, cultures, and lived experiences shape how we understand ourselves and navigate the world, making it essential to honor these aspects in the therapy room. At the heart of my work is a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on the belief that each client is the expert on their own story. My role as the therapist is to walk alongside you, with curiosity, compassion, and respect, as we explore what healing means for you.
