West Michigan Regional Airport Authority names Aaron Thelenwood, MPA '14, as its new Executive Director
West Michigan Regional Airport Authority has named Aaron Thelenwood, '14, as its first executive director. He was formerly the West Michigan Regional Airport's operations manager and has worked in various capacities for the city of Holland.
Thelenwood’s role also includes being the face of the airport to local community, business and municipal leadership, an aspect of the job he looks forward to due to what he called the sense of community “ownership, buy-in and responsibility” he sees in the Holland area.
He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the School of Public, Nonprofit, and Health Administration-GVSU.
