Grand Rapids Police Chief receives award
Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Payne (right) was honored on Tuesday, January 21 with a plaque from the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE). The award thanks Payne for his “outstanding contributions and dedicated service to the people of Grand Rapids, through your selfless collaboration and committed interest to making sure the diversity of our citizens’ varied backgrounds and circumstances are appreciated and positively valued."
