Emerging Community Engagement Initiative Award

Criteria

The College of Community and Public Service (CCPS) seeks applications and nominations for the Emerging Community Engagement Initiative Award, which recognizes a community/university initiative that is exemplary in its efforts to design a strong two-way relationship of shared power and decision-making. The initiative itself is the award recipient, with an emphasis on the collective relationships as opposed to individual contributions. The organization will be the recipient of any financial stipend that accompanies the award, which will be given in the name of the CCPS members engaged in the initiative.  The initiative may be curricular or co-curricular or a combination of both.

This award was created in 2017.
