FIT 147 - Olympic Weightlifting

This course provides instruction for experienced lifters in the use of free weights for the proper technique of Olympic style weightlifting. Student will learn the snatch, the clean, jerk and their variations. Proper form, breathing, progression, complementary lifts, and safety will be taught. Course is graded credit/no credit.
