FIT 103 - Tae Kwon Do

This course provides students with a survey of the knowledge, skill, and application of methods of Tae Kwon Do. Students will practice the correct breathing, power, balance, rhythm and timing necessary to perform basic movements comprised of blocks, punches, strikes, stretches, kicks, and turns. Course is graded credit/no credit.
