PHY 203 - Physics for K-8 Teachers, Light, Sound, and Electromagnetism

Introduction to sound, light, electricity, and magnetism. Includes electric and magnetic forces, simple electric circuits, ray models of light, and wave models of sound. Develops the ability to explain concepts to a range of audiences. Course is intended for integrated science majors. Content reflects national and Michigan science standards. Course offered winter semester.
