An introduction to the immune response, including: the properties of antigens, immunoglobulins, the theories of antibody formation, cell-mediated immunity, and hypersensitivity reactions. Prerequisites: (BMS 212 and CHM 232) or CHM 461, or concurrent registration and graduate standing.
