ACC 333 - Corporate Governance and Accounting Ethics

The class examines ethical decision-making in professional accounting settings. The class focuses on ethical reasoning and the legal and professional environment that accountants work in. Students will apply ethical reasoning in the accounting environment, and evaluate others' decisions in that environment. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: ACC 310 and admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
