Why should I register for Campus Life Night?

Campus Life Night is the best and easiest way for your business or non-profit to advertise your opportunities to our student body. With over 5,000 students in attendance, this is the single biggest campus program on Grand Valley's campus and the perfect place to spread the word about what you have to offer!

Cost to Register - Fall 2025

Space Options

Business / Nonprofit Cost

Single Booth (1 Table)

Business: $250 / Nonprofit: $150

Double Booth (1 Table and 2 spots)

Business: $450 / Nonprofit: $250

Bus, RV, or large display/activity (1 Table and typically 4-6 spots)

Business: $550 / Nonprofit: $400

Fall 2025 CLN Table Registration

Register for Campus Life Night below to connect with over 6,000 students on campus. Join us Sunday, August 24, from 6-8 p.m. in Parking Lot H 1 (across from the Library).

Note: Registration is only for GVSU Student Organizations, GVSU Departments, Businesses, and Non-profits to have a table at Campus Life Night. This not for general admission/attendance to the event. 

General guidelines:

  • Every group attending will be provided with one 8ft table per spot that you have reserved. (We will not be providing chairs). The tables will already be set up for you when you arrive.  You will have one full parking space to set up any tents, games, advertisements, etc.  
  • If you have requested special accommodations (bringing a car, or trailer, or power, etc.) you will receive an email if we can meet that request before the event. 
  • Speakers are prohibited throughout the event, if you bring a speaker you will be asked to leave. 
  • Selling of merchandise and items is not permitted at the event. Food vendors have to be approved by Bri Slager.
