2025 On-Campus Flu Vaccine Clinics

GVSU is partnering with Corewell Health to provide drop-in flu vaccine clinics this fall. No appointment is required. Please see details below.

Allendale
- Friday, October 10 – 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | Kirkhof Center, Room 2204 Pere Marquette
- Tuesday, October 14 – 2:00 PM–4:00 PM | Fieldhouse, Upper Arena
Pew Campus
- Thursday, October 16 – 10:00 AM–12:00 PM | DeVos Center, University Club Room
- Thursday, October 23 – 2:00 PM–4:00 PM | DeVos Center, University Club Room
Health Campus
- Friday, October 24 – 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences, Room 490
- Friday, October 31 – 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | DeVos Center for Interprofessional Health, Room 102/104
Muskegon
- Thursday, October 30 – 10:00 AM–12:00 PM | Annis Water Resources Institute, Large Conference Room
Payment & Insurance Information
- Accepted insurance plans: Aetna, ASR, Medicare, Priority Health, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Confinity.
- An insurance card is required at the time of service.
- Individuals are responsible for any copays or insurance denials and may receive a bill if applicable.
- If you do not have an accepted insurance plan, you will be billed:
- $70 for a Standard Dose flu shot
- $99 for a High-Dose flu shot (if offered at your clinic)
- Please note: Clinics cannot accept payment onsite (cash, check, debit/credit). Billing will be processed after your visit.
- Retirees, benefit-eligible faculty and staff, and their dependents must also bring their insurance card for processing. Please note that vaccines are billed through insurance and are not automatically covered by GVSU.
- Some Student athletes maybe covered.
- Options may be available for those with the inability to pay.
Documentation
- All forms will be uploaded into MICR (allow for processing delays).
- Participants may take a photo of their completed form at the clinic as proof of vaccination.
- MICR should reflect vaccination records by November
