2026 Vendor Application

Thank you for our interest in becoming a vendor at the Black Boys and Men National Symposium, hosted by Grand Valley State University.

Thursday, June 11^th from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, June 12^th from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

This symposium provides a valuable opportunity to share your product(s) or service(s) with:

Higher Education faculty and staff
K-12 teachers and administrators
Community and agency partners
All individuals who are committed in changing the conditions for Black Boys and Men!

We aim to offer attendees a diverse range of vendors featuring relevant information, resources, artwork, goods, food, literature, music, books, speakers, community services, and educational materials connected to the symposium theme. A limited number of tabletop spaces are available. Electrical access may be added for an additional fee.

***Important Note***

June 11 - Vendor setup must be completed by 7:30am. Guests will begin arriving at 7:30am for breakfast. The first formal event will begin at 8:45am with the last session concluding at 4:00pm.
June 12 - Vendor setup must be completed by 7:30am. Guests will begin arriving at 7:30am for breakfast. The first formal event will begin at 8:30am with the last session concluding at 3:00pm.

*The Double Tree by Hilton Battle Creek asks that all vendors use a cashless payment system. If you choose to take cash, this will inquire an additional $100 fee to the hotel*

Table Registration

Booths and tables are available for individual businesses only. All tables are 6 feet long, fully covered and skirted, and include two chairs.

Applications will be reviewed for relevancy and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are officially reserved once payment is received. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

Payments can be made to Grand Valley State University via credit card or check after your application has been approved.

The Black Boys and Men National Symposium will host vendors on Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12.
