Celebrating Five Years of Impact and Leadership

Five Years of Impact (2022–2026)

Since its founding in 2022, the Black Boys & Men National Symposium has grown from a bold vision into a nationally recognized movement dedicated to advancing educational attainment, leadership development, mentorship, workforce readiness, health and wellness, and community impact for Black boys and men. What began as a gathering of educators, advocates, students, and community leaders has evolved into a powerful platform for dialogue, collaboration, and action.

This commemorative booklet celebrates the Symposium’s first five years by highlighting key milestones, influential speakers, community partnerships, and the individuals whose leadership and commitment have helped shape its impact. As the Symposium continues to expand its reach and influence, this publication reflects on the progress made while looking ahead to the opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that will guide the work for years to come
