Campus construction may interfere with our ability to follow the emergency action procedure for our athletic venues for a temporary time period.  All athletic department staff will be notified via email when a construction project will impact our emergency route and will be given instructions for a temporary route.  Visitors to our campus can reference this website for the most up to date information regarding emergency action procedure temporary modifications.

All temporary routes and timelines for use can be found on this page.

CURRENT EAP MODIFICATIONS: Effective 10/23/2026

Construction is ongoing and alternative EMS access points have been established:

* Soccer Field: EMS will need to park in Lot H (just past the Children's Enrichment Center - CEC) and take the sidewalk between the CEC and Field 1.

* Lacrosse/Track & Field Stadium: EMS will need to park in Lot H (just past the Children's Enrichment Center - CEC) and take the sidewalk between the CEC and Field 1.

* Fields 4 & 5: temporary access along West Campus Drive remains open.

* Kelly Family Sports Center: EMS can pull up in front of building enter through the main entrance off Laker Village Drive (both side and back doors are blocked).

* Softball Field: EMS can drive down the sidewalk between the Baseball Field and Kelly Family Sports Center off Laker Village Drive.

* Football Practice Fields:  Please note, that construction is significantly impacting the practice fields.  There is not an ideal alternative access point so if activity can be avoided in and aournd this area that would be preferred.  If you find yourself in an emergency situation on the practice field please have EMS park in Lot B (across the street) and use the northeast corner of the field which provides the lowest incline.
