ScreenU Rx
ScreenU Rx is an online assessment that will ask you several questions about your relationship with prescription drugs. The purpose of this assessment is to give you information to help you live the healthiest life you can.
Our hope is that you are safe, smart and responsible in your choices around substance use. Once you have finished the assessment, you will be provided individualized feedback, information, and resources. The information you provide will not be available to anyone but you and it is your choice if you would like to follow up on the information and resources provided.
Please take the ScreenU as honestly as you can. We will not ask for your name and will not collect any identifiable information. This data will be kept anonymous. Please think carefully about each question and be as accurate as possible in your responses so that the feedback you receive will be tailored specifically to your needs.

To verify the completion of this assessment, please print the certificate at the end of the assessment to provide as proof of completion to the referring party.

Students are responsible for making decisions about their behavior within the context of state and federal law and University policies. Unauthorized possession, consumption, or providing of alcohol and/or marijuana to others contrary to law or University policy is prohibited. Additional information regarding policies can be found in the University's Alcohol and Other Drugs Policy and Smoking (and Vaping) Policy. Please be sure to adhere to the Student Code, Housing and Residence Life Community Living Standards and local, state and federal law.
Medical Amnesty provides some exemption to reduce barriers for minors to seek medical attention in the matter of an alcohol or drug emergency. The Medical Amnesty law indicates:
- A minor (under the age of 21) who, after consuming alcohol, voluntarily presents themselves to a health facility or agency for treatment or observation, including medical examination and treatment for any condition as a result of sexual assault (as defined in Michigan law).
- Any minor (under the age of 21) who accompanied an individual who, after consuming alcohol, voluntarily presented themselves to a health facility or agency for treatment or observation, including medical examination and treatment for any condition as a result of sexual assault (as defined in Michigan law)
- Any minor (under the age of 21) who initiated contact with law enforcement or emergency medical services personnel for the purpose of obtaining medical assistance in connection with a legitimate health care concern.
