How We Can Help
AOD staff, certified addiction specialists, and mental health clinicians are available to consult with GVSU students and community members about substance use concerns. Consultations may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Explore concerns: Talk through questions about your own or someone else's substance use or behavioral addiction.
- Understand your options: Learn about substance use, its impact, and available resources.
- Identify next steps: Explore support options and strategies for helping yourself or someone you care about.
You don't need to know exactly what kind of help you need to start a conversation.
