Michaela Clingaman

Michaela spent two summers in Alaska. She worked mainly in Utqiaġvik during the 2013 field season and mainly in Atqasuk during the 2014 field season. For her independent research project she worked with AJ to explain difference in active layer depth across the ARCSS grid using GIS.

Michaela graduated from GVSU in December of 2014. Future careers of interest to Michaela include research, habitat restoration, or finding a position with a land conservancy.
