Policy
Academic Computing maintains a pool of A/V equipment for delivery and setup in support of instruction on the Allendale campus. This equipment may be reserved for use in activities directly associated with credit generating courses only.

Equipment is available on a first come first served basis. Only reservations made at least 24 hours in advance will be confirmed. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance will be taken on an as available basis. All other requests will be referred to the office of Special Events. All exceptions must be approved by the A/V Systems Coordinator.
