Essay on the importance of Great Lakes drowned river mouth estuaries comes out in IAGLR's Lakes Letter

It details the economic, social, and ecological importance of Great Lakes drowned rivermouth estuaries. Not only do these ecosystems detail a history of the region, but they also provide and early warning signal of ongoing and future changes.
