This live, interactive learning lab introduces participants to Polarity Thinking—a practical method for moving AI adoption forward while protecting trust, safety, clinical judgment, and human connection.
Through facilitated discussion and a guided Polarity Map exercise, participants will work through a realistic point-of-care AI challenge and examine how each side of the tension contributes value—and creates predictable risks when overemphasized.
This is not an AI overview, technical training, or product demonstration. It is a working session for healthcare professionals who want a practical framework for navigating the human and organizational challenges of AI adoption.

Participants will leave with a reusable Polarity Mapping framework that can be applied to AI decisions, team conversations, implementation planning, and other complex healthcare challenges.
At the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Distinguish an AI-related polarity to manage from a problem that can be solved.
- Apply a simplified Polarity Map to a core tension such as Efficiency AND Relationship or Data-Driven Insight AND Clinical Judgment.
- Identify early warning signs that a team is overemphasizing one pole while neglecting the other.
- Select at least one practical action and one protective guardrail that advance AI adoption without weakening trust, safety, clinical judgment, or human connection.
