Community Involvement

VOLUNTEERING IN THE COMMUNITY

Volunteering is a requirement for GVSU TRIO UBMS students, which creates a sense of social responsibility and commitment to community. TRIO UBMS organizes group volunteer opportunities at least once a month, but students are also encouraged to participate in additional volunteering on their own.

Community involvement may open doors for future connections, internships, and job opportunities. It also reflects favorably on college and scholarship applications.
