Program Goal: Improve the quality and frequency of inquiry-based instruction in high school science classrooms.
- Meets the demand for high quality, coherent, long-term professional development
- Focused on learning as a process of individual construction and enculturation into practices of the culture.
- Integrates activities shown to impact teachers and their students.
- Supports activities with features identified as key for effective PD.
The study of the TI expansion employs a quasi-experimental, mixed-methods, longitudinal design. The data collection measures and outline for data collection are shown below.
