PIC sends Host University application instructions to student

Student completes online UiO application

Student attends required PIC pre-departure orientation

Select one session to attend from February to April

UiO sends email notification of acceptance to student. Once students receive acceptance, they can purchase their flight. Students must follow instructions in admission email to register for classes and arrange housing

Register for IS 380 in Banner

By April 1

Tuition payment due to GVSU (see regular tuition payment deadline schedule)

Late April

Travel to Norway

Mid June

Return to US

Early August

UiO sends transcript to GVSU
