PIC sends Host University application instructions to student

Student returns UDLA application and supplemental materials to PIC

Student attends required PIC pre-departure orientation

Select one session to attend from February to April

Register for IS 380 in Banner

By April 1

UDLA sends email notification of acceptance to student. Once students receive acceptance, they can purchase their flight.

Tuition payment due to GVSU (see regular tuition payment deadline schedule)
