There are so many ups and downs that come with living in a new culture. I saw so many new exciting places around the North of Spain and even into new countries. Some of my favorite places I visited include San Sebastian, Spain and Bordeaux, France. I lived with a host mom who taught me so much about the culture and how to cook Spanish food, but who also cared about me and treated me like a family member. My professors were so helpful to me to navigate the city in my first few weeks and always found me any resource I would need. I had the most life changing experience and met some amazing people that I will not forget.
