Student completes online ICU application

Student returns supplemental ICU application materials to PIC

Student attends required PIC pre-departure orientation

Select one session to attend from February to April

ICU sends email notification of acceptance to student. Once students receive acceptance, they can purchase their flight.

Register for IS 380 in Banner

By April 1

Tuition payment due to GVSU (see regular tuition payment deadline schedule)

Late April

Travel to Japan

Early July

Return to US

Mid-August

ICU sends transcript to GVSU
