PIC sends Host University application instructions to student

Student completes online GEM application

Student attends required PIC pre-departure orientation

Select one session to attend from February to April

GEM sends email notification of acceptance to student. Once students receive acceptance, they can purchase their flight.

Register for IS 380 in Banner

By April 1

Tuition payment due to GVSU (see regular tuition payment deadline schedule)

Late April

Travel to France

Mid May

Return to US

Mid June

GEM sends transcript to GVSU
