PIC sends Host University application instructions to student

1-2 weeks after Sept. 1 deadline

Application Materials due back to PIC. PIC will mail your application to DHBW

Student attends required PIC pre-departure orientation

Select one session to attend from September to November

DHBW sends admission letters to students

Student decides about applying for residence permit (applications can only be submitted within 90 days of program start date).

Tuition payment due to GVSU (see regular tuition payment deadline schedule)

Mid-December

Travel to Germany

Late March

Return to US

Early July

DHBW sends transcript to GVSU
