Seidman Digital Signage Submission Form

Please complete and submit this form to request content to be displayed on Seidman digital screens. Submissions must be made 2-weeks in advance of requested display dates whenever possible. The attachment(s) must be the FINAL version. The Dean’s Office will review all content submissions and determine which digital screens to utilize. Questions can be directed to Becky Thompson (1-7382).

Mobile Kiosk 

  • Location: Main floor lobby
  • Dimensions: Portrait/Vertical (1080 x 1920 px)

TV Screens

  • Locations: First-floor Exchange and Seidman Student Services; Second-floor landing; Third-floor faculty/staff lounge
  • Dimensions: Landscape/Horizontal (1920 x 1080 px)
