My favorite GVSU memories are probably related to the group road trips to Florence, Alabama for the 2005 and 2006 Division II National Championship football games.
During a winter practice for the Rowing Team, our coach had us play soccer on the Ski Hill. We had so much fun running up and down the hill, chasing the ball, tackling each other, and laughing our heads off while trying to beat our teammates.
During my graduate research, I studied the impact of sediment remediation on stream conditions using a benthic macroinvertebrate index of biotic integrity.
My favorite GVSU memory is Mrs. Jamison's writing exploration class. I learned so much about other people in that class as she really encouraged us to open up and share our stories.
