Mary Albrecht began her appointment as Special Associate to the Provost in August 2015 and now serves as Executive Associate for Administrative Operations. Her primary responsibilities include communications for the Division of Academic and Student Affairs, as well as oversight and management of division-wide faculty review processes including personnel and sabbatical decisions. Ms. Albrecht earned her B.S. in Management from Cornerstone University. She has been at Grand Valley State University since 1986 and served in various support positions in the Department of Mathematics, School of Engineering, and in the Science and Mathematics Dean’s Office. She served as the Executive Assistant to the Provost from 1996 until the time of her current appointment.
