Please come prepared to share your perspectives on the following questions:
- What combinations or structural moves might ignite more/easier collaboration related to interdisciplinary teaching and research/creative activity?
- What organizational structures and entities must be preserved in any future design of the Academic Affairs division?
- Where in our current structure might there be inefficiencies, duplications, or other organizational barriers that may impede our core mission, particularly in terms of supporting students?
- What specific advice do you have for the Future Design Task Force in designing for the future?
